SUMMER INFORMATION 

2026 SENIORS: If you have paid for a printed copy of your transcripts, you may pick them up Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 2 pm, beginning June 15, 2026. Please call (754)323 0350 before you come to make sure they are ready.

 

All 2021-2026 alumni may order transcripts (including health records) through cypressbayhigh.com (Homepage), click on Transcript Online Request.

For All Students

For printed copies of your transcript, please email: Tammie.gonzalez@browardschools.com. Attach a copy of your identification and include your phone number in the email. There is a

$3 cash fee for each printed copy. You will be notified when your transcript is available for pick up at the school.

 

Class of 2004-2020 alumni must order through the Broward Schools Records Retention Office. Call 754-321-3150 or online at www.browardschools.com/transcripts.

 

Dual Enrollment- official transcripts for courses must be ordered from the college attended and sent to the college or university the student will be attending.

 

Non-Returning Students- Contact Cypress Bay at 754-323-0350 for your transcript or email tammie.gonzalez@browardschools.com. There is a

$3 cash fee for each transcript.

Test Score Requests

 

**AICE Cambridge Scores, AP Scores, SAT Scores, ACT Scores are not found on the high school transcript** 

 

AICE Cambridge Scores - you can find the Cambridge Examination Result Transcript Application Form under the AICE Tab on the Cypressbayhigh.com website - Cypress Bay's Center# is US629.

AP Scores - need to request on Collegeboard.org - they are not on your Transcript.

SAT Scores - need to request on Collegeboard.org - they are not on your Transcript.

ACT Scores- need to request on ACT.erg-they are not on your Transcript.
